When mint completes, the owner activates the protocol: ETH + freshly-minted FORGE seed a Uniswap V3 LP. Mint phase closes forever.
Pool fees flow back to the rewards accumulator and are split pro-rata across all inscriptions by weight. Claim anytime, forever.
